چکیده
Purpose: To evaluate the quality of NSTEMI care in AMI centers and to identify potential gaps management patients with this diagnosis. Material methods: 550 NSTEMI, hospitalized 3 coronary angioplasty were enrolled study. The information was collected using a questionnaire composed 179 questions, developed according standards EORP Registry. research took place two stages: retrospective observational study during 2019 prospective - period 01.2020-09.2022. Results. rate from total number Institute Cardiology SP Novamed, 2019-2022 21,6%. results evaluation studied are close those reported by equivalent international registries (EORP FAST-MI, PLACS, MINAP), excepting some differences certain chapters: diagnostic strategy NSTE-ACS, risk stratification, diagnosis treatment hypercholesterolemia antiplatelet indicated at discharge. mortality hospital 4,2%, 30 days m8k– 6,0%, 6 months after hospitalization – 10,2%, 12 12,8%. Conclusions. Republic Moldova is lower than that registers IMA, while indicators higher. These discrepancies largely explained identified within centers.

Study of the Duration, Outcomes, and Related Factors of Reperfusion Therapy in Patients with ST-Segment Elevation Myocardial Infarction
Background and Objective: One of the most important advancements regarding the care of patients with acute myocardial infarction is the administration of anti-coagulation medicines (e.g., streptokinase). However, it must be noticed that this medicine requires rapid and timely administration. Moreover, Percutaneous Coronary Intervention (PCI) is increasingly used as a method of revascularization...
متن کاملST-Segment Elevation in Acute Myocardial Infarction
Four hundred and four patients who were admitted to the hospital with their first myocardial infarction within 24 hours of the onset of symptoms were studied. In 315 patients the ECG findings in 12 standards leads (I, II, aVF, aVR, aVL, V,-V6) showed the infarction to be in the anterior wall, the inferior wall, or in multiple areas. The patients in each of these three categories were further su...

متن کاملVitamin D deficiency predicts the ST elevation type of myocardial infarction in patients with acute coronary syndrome.
According to studies, a significant association exists between the low levels of vitamin D and cardiovascular diseases such as myocardial infarction (MI). In a prospective, case control study, 88 patients with acute coronary syndrome (ACS) including ST elevation myocardial infarction (STEMI) and Non-STEMI were enrolled. The plasma level of 25-hydroxy vitamin D[25(OH)D] was obtained at the time ...
